Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kahanee Boutique, every product is carefully designed, prepared, and packed with attention to detail. Due to the time, effort, and craftsmanship involved in processing each order, we follow a strict but transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed, except in cases of fulfillment errors or genuine manufacturing defects.

Refunds may be applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Product received with a genuine manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The refund request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

Once your refund request is approved, the product must be returned to our facility for inspection.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

The approved refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days from the date of refund initiation.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are successfully placed.

Since our products are processed immediately after order confirmation, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

Refunds for cancelled orders are not applicable, except in cases where:

  • An incorrect item has been shipped, or
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

Important Notes

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on seasonal demand, festive periods, or operational factors.
  • For approved refund cases, the product must be returned in the following condition:
    • Unused and unworn
    • Original tags intact
    • Original packaging included

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
